Mac Miller Officially Charged With DUI Months After Hit & Run

The L.A. City Attorney’s office has filed multiple charges against Mac Miller, following an incident back in May where his Mercedes G-Wagon was found smashed into a utility pole. After authorities found the abandoned car, they went to Miller’s residence, where he admitted to being under the influence while driving.

The two charges include one for driving under the influence and another for driving with a BAC at 0.08 or higher. If found guilty, Mac faces up to six months in jail along with a $1,000 fine, but with this being his first offense, it is likely he will only be handed probation.
