During the month of May for Mental Health Awareness Month, Urban AZ is advocating the importance of taking care of our mental health as well as fundraising to pay for mental health treatment for individuals who are suffering and can’t afford it.

While there are many amazing charities that exist raising money for research, Urban AZ wants to help the individuals that are suffering now as research may be too late – potentially saving a life
