You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
KKFR-FM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
KKFR-FM reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of 4745 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
Employees of KKFR-FM, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to KKFR-FM the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
KKFR-FM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Valley Honda Dealers, American Honda Motor Company, Omni Advertising, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Red Bird Farms, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on October 13, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 4, 2021 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Five (5) methods of entry as follows:
Entry Method #1 – Red Bird Farms Jingle Sounder Promotion
Each station will creatively produce their format version of the Red Bird Farms Jingle and when played, listeners will be encouraged to call-in and be the correct caller to qualify to win a BRAND NEW FULLY LOADED Honda Civic Type R.
Each qualifier will win a $50 Gas Card ON KKFR-FM, and an Amazon Auto Echo on KMVA-FM & KOAI-FM. All qualifiers will be entered into a weekly drawing for a chance to win (1) key that could start-up the Honda Civic.
Entry Method #2 – Phoenix Children’s Hospital Raffle
Desert Valley Media Group to host on-air and social media campaign inviting listeners to donate for a chance to win a key that could start the fully loaded Honda Civic Type R.
The raffle options will be:
• $10 = 1 Ticket
• $25 = 5 Tickets
• $100 = 100 Tickets
Individuals interested in purchasing additional raffle tickets will be directed to a Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation secured payment website. All purchases are nontax-deductible.
Entry Method #3 – “Sing for A Key … And A Cause” Honda Civic Car Giveaway
“Sing for A Key… And A Cause” jingle promotion will air on all (3) Desert Valley Media Group stations – HOT 97.5/ 103.9, POWER 98.3/96.1, and 95.1/94.9 The WOW Factor. Communicated with :30sec promotional announcements.
Each will feature the Red Bird Farms Jingle with an invitation to SING/PERFORM their most creative rendition of the Red Bird Farms Jingle. Upon completion, listeners will upload their videos to station sites and www.redbirdjingle.com as their entry to qualify for a key that could start the 2021 fully loaded Honda Civic Type R.
NOTE: Entrant grants to Weller Media Services, LLC, Red Bird Farms, Inc., and Desert Valley Media Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, assignable, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works, transmit or disseminate all jingle/video submissions in all media or platforms whether now known or hereafter invented.
Additionally, Entrant agrees to defend, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Weller Media Services, LLC, Red Bird Farms, Inc., and Desert Valley Media Group and their employees, agents, and assigns from and against any claims, action or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from their participation in the Contest or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.
Entry Method #4 – “Sing for A Key” – Drive to Retail
A Total of (6) Grocery Store on-site remotes, each station will host (2).
· KKFR – POWER 98.3/96.1 on October 9 and October 16th
· KMVA – HOT 97.5 /103.9 on November 6th and November 13th
· KOAI – The WOW Factor 94.9 / 95.1 on October 23rd and October 30th
• Listeners will be invited to select Basha’s and Safeway locations to “Sing for A Key” and see the fully loaded Honda Civic Type R.
• One key will be awarded at each grocery remote.
• Station will host an on-site photo booth with Red Bird Farms Backdrop to give consumers an on-site experience to make their jingle videos.
• Each grocery remote will be hosted by our station’s street teams. Promotional Announcements will pre-promote 72-Hours prior to being on-site promoting the Red Bird Farms jingle car giveaway.
Entry Method #5 – Grand Prize Giveaway Event
Finale of the car giveaway pending date in December 2021. Location and time are to be determined.
One key will be awarded via Phoenix Children’s Hospital Raffle.
The raffle options will be:
• $10 = 1 Ticket
• $25 = 5 Tickets
• $100 = 100 Tickets

The winner of the “Grand Prize” will be selected as follows: through a reverse raffle of all “key recipients” (must be present to win). If grand prize winner opts out of receiving the Honda Civic Type R, a cash buyout offer of $5,000 USD will be presented to grand prize winner on behalf of Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
