Internship

“Power 98.3 is seeking a production intern for the Dana Cortez Show. This intern will work and learn from the best morning show in The Valley. The position will require you to be in the studio for four hours a day, 3-5 days a week, Monday – Friday. Assist with on site artist interviews and production as they come. The experiences listed below are preferred but not required, the biggest requirement is somebody who is reliable and passionate about a future in radio broadcast.”

Experience
Experience w/ social media platforms and current social media trends (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Youtube, Snapchat, etc)
Experience operating broadcast studio board and operating systems.
Experience with audio editing software Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Photoshop, and Adobe Audition
Experience w/ lighting, filming, and recording audio for interviews with 4-6 subjects

Intern Producer Duties
Oversee Wide Orbit & FTP files for KKFR
Upload local Phoenix on-air benchmarks
Upload daily promos
Run board when needed
Log daily winners into VCreative
Log songs for DJ Automatic’s Playlist
Segue music once approved

Social Media/Video Duties
Social Media Post daily M-F during DCS on-air shift
set lights for Live Stream, camera, backdrop
Built RMTP feed for Facebook live stream
Download and load live stream videos into OBS
Set up video stream, lights, and camera for interviews

This is a non-paying internship.
