Event Schedule:

6:45 AM — Packet pickup opens / Recommended arrival 7:50 AM — Group warm-up 8:00 AM — 5K Run/Walk begins 9:15 AM — 5K race finish 9:30 AM — HIIT group workout 10:10 AM — Yoga cool-down 10:45 AM — Award ceremony 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Post-run party
